By accessing or using DraftNote ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. SMS Service Program Description
DraftNote provides a distraction-free journaling service that includes automated SMS reminders. Users can opt-in to receive these reminders by providing their mobile phone number and explicitly requesting a reminder for specific notes or tasks.
3. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your phone number and selecting the SMS reminder option, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from DraftNote. **Message frequency varies** based on your usage of the reminder feature.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from DraftNote, text **STOP** to our number. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
6. How to Get Help
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text **HELP** to our number. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You can also contact us at help@draftnote.xyz.
7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your use of our SMS service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
DraftNote is provided "as is". Whispering Oaks LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
