DraftNote collects and stores the notes and content you create within the app. We also collect basic account information (email address) when you sign in with Google or email. If you enable SMS reminders, we collect and store your mobile phone number.

SMS and Phone Information

When you provide your phone number, it is encrypted at rest and used exclusively to send you automated SMS reminders that you have explicitly created. By providing your number, you consent to receive these automated alerts.

Your mobile information and subscriber data will NOT be sold or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Usage

Your data is used solely to provide the DraftNote service. Your notes are processed by AI to help organize and categorize them. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data or mobile information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Supabase). While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to support the operation of our service. These providers assist with critical functions such as cloud hosting, data storage, user authentication, and AI-powered processing. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their functions.

DraftNote is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Users acknowledge and accept that they use this service at their own risk. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against data leaks, breaches, or unauthorized access.

Whispering Oaks LLC shall not be held liable for any damages arising from data loss, security breaches, or any other issues related to the use of this service.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your notes and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.
